1. Market Risk

Cryptocurrency and digital-asset prices are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply in either direction with little warning. You may lose all of the funds you deposit.

2. No Guarantee of Past Performance

Historical performance shown on the platform (charts, statistics, leaderboards) is not an indicator of future results. Other users' gains do not predict your own outcomes.

3. Liquidity Risk

Certain symbols may have low trading volume. Orders may be filled at prices materially different from the last quoted price, or may not be fillable at all in fast-moving markets.

4. Technology Risk

The platform may experience downtime, latency, or data outages.
WebSocket feeds may disconnect; quoted prices may be stale.
You may be unable to place, modify, or cancel orders during outages.

We make no guarantee of uptime, latency, or order-routing performance, and disclaim liability for any losses arising from technical issues to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Regulatory Risk

Regulations governing digital-asset trading change rapidly. Future rules may restrict trading, require additional disclosures, or impose taxes. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including all tax-reporting obligations.

6. Counterparty Risk

Balances on the platform are held with us or our service providers. In the event of insolvency or operational failure you may be unable to recover deposited funds in full.

7. Cybersecurity Risk

Despite our security controls (encryption, 2FA, session management), no system is impenetrable. Account compromise, phishing, and SIM-swap attacks remain risks you should protect against.

8. No Investment Advice

TradePro does not provide investment advice. Any analytics, education, or content on the platform is informational only. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

9. Suitability

Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Do not borrow to trade. If you do not fully understand the risks, do not use the platform.
