1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TradePro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful.
You must complete identity verification (KYC) prior to placing orders.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any second-factor device. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Trading and Orders

Market data is provided by third-party feeds and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Orders are matched against displayed quotes; we make no guarantee of fill price beyond posted slippage tolerances.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend trading on any symbol at any time without notice.

5. Fees

Trading on TradePro is currently offered at zero commission. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, with at least 30 days notice to affected users.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or layering.
Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activity.
Access the Service from a sanctioned jurisdiction or by use of a VPN to evade geo-restriction.
Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data, except via documented APIs (when offered).

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. On termination, your access ends but obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TradePro is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
